 So I was looking through other tickets and came across #62537 where I
 solved a similar problem by adding `-Wl,-F/System/Library/Frameworks/` to
 my linker flags; I'm trying that here too, now, with
 `configure.ldflags`...

 ...and it seems to have worked.
