 The attached diffs and new Portfiles upgrade py-jupyterlab and all the
 install-breaking dependencies to the latest version. Portfiles without the
 .diff suffix are for new ports to be added.

 Note, three attachments are accidental duplicates, but there seems to be
 no way to delete them.
