 Although not directly related to this ticket, I see that `vim` fails to
 declare a library dependency on `libsodium`, causing the existing 9.0.0472
 install to break with the recent `libsodium` update.  I see many
 references to `libsodium` in the sources, so this is a missing direct
 dependency.
