 I think I am facing the same issue. The root cause is a segfault that
 occurs during the tests:

 Program received signal SIGSEGV: Segmentation fault - invalid memory
 reference.

 Unfortunately, the build just hangs at this point and no backtrace is ever
 printed.

 I will attach my full build log - it ends with a SIGINT triggered by
 pressing Ctrl+C.
