 [https://github.com/VectorCamp/vectorscan vectorscan] is a fork of Intel's
 hyperscan. hyperscan supports x86_64 only. arm64 support was developed by
 a third party and provided to Intel and they declined to accept it. As a
 result, the vectorscan fork was created. In addition, hyperscan is now
 closed-source.

 We should have a port for vectorscan and move the one port that depends on
 hyperscan (rspamd) to use vectorscan. Then the hyperscan port can be
 retired.

 Steve, Cc'ing you because you created the hyperscan port and added
 hyperscan support to the rspamd port.
