The `port` utility saves the status of what it performed previously. This
way it can continue work when it was interrupted before. This status file
needs to be deleted together with the already outpacked sources – by
simple `port clean <port name>`. This also removes the log file. And it
particularly makes `port` re-read how to handle the sources, applying for
example new rules, when invoked newly. Without cleaning `port` will remain
in the old, stale state from first try.
