 draco declares a ''library'' dependency on ghc-filesystem but as it says
 on the ghc-filesystem web page, it "is a header-only single-file
 std::filesystem compatible helper library" so it should be a ''build''
 dependency (as in the four other ports that depend on ghc-filesystem).
