 Actually did not take much, I have VLC 3.0.20 built on PowerPC.

 Need to figure out how to set Pulse Audio correctly, otherwise it spits
 out `vlcpulse audio output error: PulseAudio server connection failure:
 Connection refused`, but video works. Given that, audio should be fixable.

 Obviously, with X11 backend – I won't bother trying to restore Qt4 GUI, it
 is not really essential. Once I get audio working and sort out patches, I
 can make VLC-x11 port.
