 Ok so the problem is that py-openssl 23.2.0 wants py-cryptography less
 than 42 but [changeset:403bc601ba751e5ca851c444e8e6a34510b26c6b/macports-
 ports py-cryptography was updated to version 42.x] in January.

 Support for py-cryptography 42—which appears to have involved nothing more
 than increasing the maximum version number—was
 [https://github.com/pyca/pyopenssl/commit/7f3e4f94701a5e19ec66e3601119dd6d62043cec
 added in py-openssl 24.0.0]. So the port should be updated.
