 Yes this was at first by me also. You need to do it like I just explained
 change you're portfile and create a variant introspection. There are maybe
 outher ways but that is the only I found.

 add to port file : the -Dintrospection=disabled

 {{{
 configure.args-append \
                             -Ddefault_library=both \
                             -Dlibelf=enabled \
                             -Dlibmount=disabled \
                             -Dwarning_level=0 \
                             -Dintrospection=disabled
 }}}
 then create variant in port file


 {{{
 variant introspection {
     configure.args-replace \
         -Dintrospection=disabled \
         -Dintrospection=enabled
 }

 and use it as explained.
 }}}
