 My Tiger set-up is rarely updated, so there was no upgrade to the
 bleeding-edge glib2. But I at least with gobject-introspection-devel
 attempt I did install glib2-devel prior to that, from unmodified portfile
 (well, everything is pretty much stock there).
 I did skip gcc7 update, but I do not think that is relevant.

 Besides, I had `1.78.1_0` installed there, so perhaps something else
 broken it?

 P. S. Not that I have a great concern for 10.4 personally, but someone
 expressed interest in `abaddon` Discord client on Tiger, so I just wanted
 to ensure that is in fact buildable.
