 The aquaterm macports package will not build without errors. I tried a
 clean build, but still get the same errors.  I made sure that I had the
 full Xcode installation, which is necessary for installing aquaterm
 package.

 Note that my macports installation is not in the typical location.  It is
 located in $HOME/dev2/install/ folder.  We decided to install Macports
 locally so that we would not have to use sudo or make any changes to the
 operating system when installing the Macports packages.

 Here is an excerpt from the log file that I have attached:
