 mysql8: rev bump to 8.4.2 and fix compiler issue on Ventura

  - revbump to 8.4.2
  - fix compile issue on Ventura by moving to the macports
    clang vs. Xcode clang.  Note clang-16 was the only successful
    version employed during testing.
