 Ryan, something in 2.10.0 brought back the old bug from pre-2.9.x times.
 Now any force upgrade or uninstall leads to ridiculous time of freezing
 with doing nothing. It was the case before, but it was fixed (whether on
 purpose or accidentally), and I never had this issue until now. With
 2.10.0 this is back, and reproducibly happens.
 Admittedly, I have a lot of ports installed, which may matter, but this
 bug was not present during 2.9.x versions (I do not remember re 2.8.x
 now).
