Comment (by ryandesign):

 As in your previous tickets #70579 and #70545, archive.org is delivering
 an uncompressed tarball instead of the gzip-compressed tarball we should
 be getting. This is a bug in the archive.org infrastructure. Please report
 it to them so that all of these problems will be resolved.
