 GitHub closed PR page], it seems that the fledge automatic release tool is
 having issues and constantly re-releasing 1.1.3.9011 instead of
 incrementing the version number. I might suggest we roll back to the
 stable 1.1.3 release, or wait for the next revision. Changing the
 checksums will probably break again momentarily.
