Comment (by jmarshallidau):

 Problem persists following port upgrade to 1.83.0. Now it is the 1.82.0
 file which cannot be found on the distfiles.macports.org servers.
 * All 1.83.0 files ARE on the mirrors.
 * Only the 1.82.0 file is missing.
 * Both x86_64 and aarch64 architectures affected.
