 I tried to reproduce my test success by running a second time the test: No
 success today. All that happens is:

 1. the directory `.tmp`  is created in `${workdir}` parallel to `PDF-
 Builder-3.026` and before any `t/tiff.t test` starts other tests seem to
 create files there

 2. the file names are random, the file types are PDF-1.4 (no file name
 extension)

 3. no, it did not happen that by chance or something else the sub-
 directory for test.tif was created

 4. I must have dreamed – or tested something else!
