 {You should never be able to {{qt6-qtwebengine}}} on Catalina as it states
 in the Portfile:
 {{{
 platforms                   {macosx >= 20}
 }}}

 so I have no idea why it would start building this at all, unless you're
 reporting this in fact for the {{{qt64-qtwebengine}}} port. If so, please
 update the ticket accordingly.
