 This version of boost remains in the dependency tree of `gnuradio` ->
 `uhd`. Awkwardly, `gnuradio` also reaches `boost181` via `py39-scipy`. Is
 there a better path to fix by using less `boost171` by updating the other
 ports or a fix for it here?
