 I am opening this issue just to not have it forgotten. gcc14 is enabled
 now on 10.5, but fortran PG backlists gcc14 due to https://github.com
 /fortran-lang/fpm/issues/1059 issue.
 On other systems gcc13 is used, but 10.5 does not have it enabled.

 I have asked upstream of `fpm` if they can make a new tag, since patching
 is not easy due to specifics of the build process.
