 One issue per ticket please and don't forget to use TracLinks.

 increased] because this change doesn't change anything for anyone who was
 able to install the port before.

 A patchfile is preferred over a reinplace because when updating to a new
 version the patch will fail to apply, making it obvious that it needs to
 be reevaluated and updated or removed. On the other hand, [ticket:60844
 reinplace will only emit a warning] which can easily be overlooked and
 forgotten.
