Comment:

 It's the same problem as #66259: `-L/opt/local/lib` appears before `-L.`
 in LDFLAGS so any libraries in /opt/local/lib are found instead of the
 ones the port built. This port depends on no MacPorts libraries so we can
 simply remove that flag. Although the `-I/opt/local/include` flag from
 CPPFLAGS does not appear to be used by the build, I'll remove that as well
 in case some future update does start using CPPFLAGS.
