 Unfortunately I do not know which port triggered this. The `port migrate`
 exited successfully so there were no glaring indication of what port(s)
 misbehaved, unfortunately.

 If I understand you correctly, whatever caused this, it is not a bug in
 macports itself, but rather a buggy port install script. So, I assume
 closing as "invalid" makes sense.
