New description:

 After successfully installing qt5 qtwebengine as a dependency of
 py312-spyder on a M3 Mac running macOS 15.1 and Xcode 16.1, I tried to do
 the same on a M1 Mac running macOS 15.2 and Xcode 16.2. The installation
 failed. On the M1 Mac I then downgraded Xcode and the Command Line Tools
 to version 16.1, and after this the installation completed properly.

 So it looks there's a problem here between qt5-qtwebengine and Xcode 16.2
 CLT's.

 Attaching the log files for both the 16.2 failure and the 16.1 success.
