 I have macports installed as a non-root user on a work laptop where I
 don't have admin privileges. Recently I executed `port selfupdate && port
 upgrade outdated` which resulted in the error

 Error: Failed to destroot libnetpbm: command execution failed
 }}}
 Some googling led me to threads talking about how `libnetpbm` can't be
 installed without root privileges, but (a) that's not an option for me,
 and (b) it was working before the most recent `port selfupdate`. Log
 attached.
