 There's nothing for us to do here. The port requires Xcode 11.4 and has
 clearly explained that in the error message. The solution is to upgrade to
 Xcode 11.4. If you cannot access the Mac App Store or the Apple developer
 download site to get a newer Xcode, those are issues you'd have to report
 to Apple.
