 The summary is misleading, since the two ports obviously conflict, and the
 only issue is that the conflict is unadvertised.

 The bug is only in `openntpd`, since `ntpsec` already lists `openntpd` as
 a conflict.

 I'd remove `ntpsec` from the port list, but I don't have permissions to do
 so.
