 laustbn, the first error I see in the config.log is:

 {{{
 conftest.cpp:36:10: fatal error: 'cstdlib' file not found
    36 | #include <cstdlib>
       |          ^~~~~~~~~
 }}}

 This sounds like ProblemHotlist#clts16. Please try the solution shown
 there.
