 FYI, I have periodic backups of this laptop over the past several months,
 and I just confirmed that in mid-September, `port_autoconf.tcl` had
 `variable install_group "staff"`. So sometime after that, in one of my
 `port selfupdate` sessions, that got changed to `admin`.
