 When [changeset:6f8a3bfbd3d11128608760b685e573ca3271248e/macports-ports
 userspace-rcu was updated to 0.15.0], the patch was changed in a way that
 does not look correct.

 Previously, the patch would define `CAA_CACHE_LINE_SIZE` to 128 on Apple
 platforms and 256 on others.

 Now, the patch defines `CAA_CACHE_LINE_SIZE` to 128 on Apple platforms and
 256 on others, and then unconditionally redefines it to 256.
