 Thanks for reopening!  Still fails for me on Sonoma 14.6.1, Xcode 15.4.
 This still looks like a quoting problem.  My last attempt spun out two
 different main.log's.  Attaching both.  I ran with `install -v`.  Do you
 need `install -d`?
