Okay, I figuered out that {{{git clone}}} will keep me going better. So I
could even integrate the local repository … but I haven’t dared yet to
upgrade wine-devel to v10. Instead – just out of couriosity – I retried to
upgrade to the given version v9, and of course that failed. But not with
wine-devel, instead with harfbuzz that is stuck also in the moment, see
#71508.
After all now my ffmpeg needs a rebuild that does not go through. All this
happens because of these +universal problems and hassle tied to that. I’m
not sure why the ports are not divided into possible and impossible
updates under Sierra, but I see I have to stay away from it for now, more
or less. I hope I can replay my /opt/local/, and when this harfbuzz/meson
thing is solved I might turn to wine-devel again.
Since a long time I'm dragging a long rat’s tail with me when I make a
normal macports upgrade, at least {{{sudo port upgrade outdated and not \(
wine-devel gstreamer1 gstreamer1-gst-plugins-base harfbuzz meson ffmpeg
graphviz graphviz-gui \)}}} and only because of wine {{{sudo port upgrade
outdated and not \( wine-devel gstreamer1 gstreamer1-gst-plugins-base
\)}}}.
