 I get the same error and warning messages when I try to upgrade
 `qt5-qtbase` on High Sierra.

 I also see the following warning at the very start when I try to upgrade
 `qt5-qtbase`:

 $ sudo upgrade qt5-qtbase
 Warning: All compilers are either blacklisted or unavailable; defaulting
 to first fallback option
 etc
 etc
 }}}

 I tried building with `clang-11` and `clang-15` but the port upgrade fails
 at the configuration stage.
