 Logically, a package is not available because it cannot be built, as you
 reported in this ticket.


 The log says the error building py39-grpcio is:

 {{{
 :info:build ERROR Source build is not a directory
 }}}

 That was fixed in #69262.

 The port still does not build; the new errors are tracked in #70563.
