 I have some jupyter notebooks (using python 3.10) that used to work, but
 have stopped interacting.  If I do a simple plot with:


 {{{
 %matplotlib ipympl
 }}}

 they will still plot, and will show the icons in the corner of the plot
 that should allow interactions (home, scale etc) but there is no response
 when I try to interact.  I've tried using different web browsers as well.
