 Thank you Ryan! After a `port selfupdate` py310-grpcio built successfully
 (and so did `py310-tensorflow-metal` and `py310-tensorflow-macos`).

 Unfortunately, the famous Apple tensorflow-metal test script fails with
 `ImportError: cannot import name 'type_spec_registry' from
 'tensorflow.python.framework'
 (/opt/local/Library/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/3.10/lib/python3.10
 /site-packages/tensorflow/python/framework/__init__.py)`. Downgrading to
 py39 does not help (same error message), although py319-grpcio builds
 successfully as well.

 From my point if view, this bug (grpcio build) is fixed. For the other
 issue(s) will need to inform the tensorflow-metal maintainer. Thanks again
 for prompt help!
