Comment:

 It requires C17 and C++17 and blacklists some older clangs. You'd think
 MacPorts base would select a gcc that does C17 and C++17, but maybe those
 newer gcc versions don't work on Tiger. It would be something to check in
 the compiler selection files; it's unlikely to be specific to this port
 since the portfile says nothing about gcc.
