 My aim is to install `meson` with `Python 3.11` (because there are too
 many ports that depend on old Python versions and I do not want to keep a
 Python zoo on a limited disk), but it's not possible to install its
 requisites which worked with `Python 3.10`, see also #69319 and #69106.

 Attached are a system crash log and main.log files from trying to `build
 py311-wheel again`.
