New description:

 Any chance to rework the build to not replace named.conf if it already
 exists. Also, in the PortFile I believe dlopen is no longer a configure
 option. Can't say in what version of BIND9 it was dropped. Also, should I
 be concerned that there is no named file lock file.

 MacOS X Leopard PPC 10.5.8

 barracuda156 fixed jemalloc to compile bind9 without it. Got his fixes and
 just waiting for it to upstream and merge to base.

 I'm submitting this to further enhance the build and also I'm not sure
 what the ramification are which not having a named lock file.
