 so {{{dynamic_lookup-11.patch}}} isn't needed any longer, as that has been
 fixed in the new version.

 However, one of the subports {{{octave-lal}}} doesn't build now, due to
 many errors.

 So I guess I will leave this for someone who uses these things to sort
 out.
