 `__MAC_OS_X_VERSION_MIN_REQUIRED vs. MAC_OS_X_VERSION_MIN_REQUIRED` comes
 from working on the pre-compiled C source which helps understanding why
 the compiler fails. The patch grew so complicated because newer versions
 of Mac OS X or macOS have `AI_NUMERICSERV` and I still do not know what
 it's good for. So I decided to preserve it. ND – natural dumbness.
