is missing the dependency hatch-jupyter-builder, but that is easy to work
around by installing hatch-jupyter-builder. This issue with plotly
requiring an old version of jupyterlab is not so easy to fix. It requires
plotly upstream to release a version that is compatible with the new
jupyterlab.
You're right, they are separate issues.
