 I see that psfex depends on atlas and that atlas does not build on recent
 macOS, so if you are on recent macOS, that will be a reason why it cannot
 be installed.

 I also see that the port is out of date and that the current version of
 psfex supports using openblas—which does work on recent macOS—instead of
 atlas, so maybe just updating the port will fix the problem. Let me try to
 do that now.
