 SuiteSparse headers should be installed into `include/suitesparse` instead
 of `include`. This is the default configuration of SuiteSparse 7.4 and
 later. Ports that can't properly detect the headers there should be
 patched. `sundials5` needs a patch, possibly other ports need it too.
