 I see from the linked NEWS.md that mkvtoolnix 74.0.0 introduced support
 for ruby 3.2.0. In adopting ruby32 or newer in this port, we must bear in
 mind that the port only installs such a new version of mkvtoolnix on macOS
 10.15 and newer. On macOS 10.14 and older, it uses older versions of
 mkvtoolnix that one presumes are not compatible with ruby 3.2.0, though
 perhaps it is an easy patch that could be backported.
