Comment (by dbl001):

 SuiteSparse_SLIP_LU was a dependency of both SuiteSparse 5.9.0 and
 SuiteSparse 5.13.0_0.  After uninstalling SuiteSparse_SLIP_LU (and
 SuiteSparse 5.9.0 and SuiteSparse 5.13.0_0.), there are no further issues.
