 I recently did a `port selfupdate`, and when I do `port upgrade outdated`,
 it fails rebuilding `py311-pyqt5`. I can successfully build other ports,
 and recently built `py311-scipy` and `ImageMagick`, so I think my
 `macports` installation is functional.
