Comment (by cdeschryver):

 Build still fails with the same masse with XCode 15.2 and Apple clang
 version 15.0.0 (clang-1500.1.0.2.5) on Apple M1 Max with Sonoma 14.2.1 -
 obviously clang was not updated with XCode 15.2
