Comment:

 This is presumably because the xz-bootstrap subport contains this line:
 {{{
     compiler.whitelist      clang llvm-gcc-4.2 gcc-4.2 apple-gcc-4.2
 }}}
 Looks like python27-bootstrap does the same. This line was added in
 [e967bb1325decd8d0c05f2f37b27067f6d780eb3/macports-ports] to fix #58876.

 If the build succeeds, I don't think I would call this a problem or change
 it. (If it's been working for years, why change it? Changing it might
 break something.)
